Description
The Child Rehabilitation Centre in Mayurbhanj is designed as a compassionate and inclusive healing environment tailored to support children’s physical and emotional recovery. The architectural planning prioritizes safety, accessibility, and sensory comfort, creating spaces that feel welcoming rather than clinical.
Organized around open courtyards and shaded circulation zones, the design maximizes natural light and ventilation while maintaining a calm indoor atmosphere. Therapy rooms, activity areas, and community spaces are thoughtfully arranged to encourage interaction, learning, and gradual independence.
Locally sourced materials and climate-responsive design strategies ensure sustainability and long-term functionality. By integrating nature, structured spaces, and human-centered planning, the project reflects EcoUrb Designs’ commitment to creating architecture that positively impacts communities and enhances well-being.
